Pilgrim is a Uniting Church school and fees are set at a level to enable all families to consider a Christian based education for their children. The School Board aims to maintain fees as low as possible without compromising student learning.
Student fees, along with Government funding and Campus involvement, enable Pilgrim School to provide challenging and engaging learning programmes in a supportive educational environment.
School fees are set each year by the School Board.
School fees include camp fees (except for Year 6 and 7), excursions, Campus Levy, and booklist costs. (With the exception of additional student stationery purchases from the front office during the year.) Fees are payable in the first two weeks of each term and may be paid by BPay, credit card, cheque or cash. Fees may be paid on a fortnightly basis in consultation with the Bursar.

Building Fund donation (voluntary) $50 in Terms 2 & 4 ($100 Annual)
Voluntary donations to the Building Fund are tax deductible.
A discount of 2.5% will be given on school fees paid within the first two weeks of term. A discount of 5% will be given where annual fees are paid within the first two weeks of the year. From 2016, the Board has introduced a scaled fee schedule, reducing the fees for lower income families. Details are available from the Finance Officer.

School Fees 2018
The School Board has set the School Fees for 2018 as follows –
The Fee Income Verification form for 2018 students is due 24th November and can be downloaded here:
A $50 non-refundable application fee is charged for the first child only when submitting an Enrolment Form.
A $200 deposit is required for each student when accepting a placement at the School. This amount will be refundable when the student leaves the school (provided there are no outstanding monies due) or alternatively may be donated to the Pilgrim School Scholarship Fund. Uncollected amounts will be automatically donated to the Scholarship Fund after a twelve month period of the student leaving school.
Overseas Students are welcome. Fees structure available on request subject to visa status.
