The School Board has decided not to increase school fees for 2021 due to the impact of COVID-19 on many of our families. They have set fees as follows:
Low Income Tuition Fee Concession:
Please read the “Income Concessions” part of our Fee Schedule, then click on both links below to complete and submit your application form with the required supporting documents.
Step 1: Download and complete an Income Declaration
Step 2: Complete the online application form (which includes uploading the necessary supporting documents)
A $50 non-refundable application fee is charged for the first child only when submitting an enrolment form,
A $200 deposit is required for each student when accepting a placement at the school. This amount will be refundable when the student concludes their primary schooling at Pilgrim (ie at the conclusion of Year 6 or Year 7, as applicable), provided there are no outstanding monies due, or alternatively may be donated to the Pilgrim School Scholarship Fund or Building Fund.
